Yesterday I had the pleasure to drive to the Max Dome and see a great friend of mine Dave Betcher. He had plenty of players and coaches in attendance, his "play for you camps" are always a great bang for your buck. We sat, talked, and laughed, got to watch some good softball and enjoyed the day even through crummy weather.
What we need to realize is that there are people who are looking to help the game, but also make some money for their efforts which is fine, but you have others who just want to make money and could care less on the product they put out there. It is a shame, but softball is no different than life, always people out there looking to scam you. Just try to make the most informitive decisions as you can as it pertains to your team/or daughter.
To clear something up and it is the last time it will be discussed on this message board, Jim Giancana was removed from the Rocker organization, he did not retire- end of discussion.
We are onto much bigger and better things and as a whole our program is MUCH MUCH stronger.
